i have to say: i'm at a bit of a loss with what to do with the blog.
for a while there i was all 'work school work work school'. i couldn't breathe without touching a deadline of some kind.
and then i finished school.
... and then i finished my job... and started a new one.
i'm actually helping out at the centre for youth literature with adele (persnickety snark).
i can't help but love it like a crazy person.
unfortunately for the blog there is a very obvious conflict of interest. i'm not one to moderate my opinions and i'm not one plays favourites.
but it doesn't stop the fact that i'll be dealing with publishers all the time. and i'll be dealing with authors all the time. and that there is a very obvious conflict of interest.
if i thought i was moderately interesting in any other arena i'd totally bombard you with it all. but alas the bold and the beautiful drama of my life is only so interesting. after a while it's just crazy.
so i think it's time for me to bow out.
i've loved the time i've spent talking to you all. loved the crazy whirlwind of books. loved loved loved every moment of it.
